This privacy policy applies to the **Biodata Maker Pro** app (herein referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Nana Dhawale as a Commercial service.

1. Data Collection and Use

The Application collects information you provide to enable core functionalities such as Biodata creation, Kundali generation, and Matchmaking analysis. This includes:

• Personal Information: Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Address, Email, and Phone Number.
• Astrological Data (Sensitive): For Kundali and Matchmaking features, we collect your Time of Birth and Place of Birth (City/Country). This data is essential for accurate planetary calculations and is only collected with your explicit consent.
• Family Details: Parents' names and occupations, sibling details.
• Other Information: Blood Group (required for complete marriage biodatas).

2. Purpose of Processing

The personal and birth data collected is used solely for the following purposes:

• Generating personalized Marriage Biodatas.
• Calculating and generating Kundali (Horoscope) reports.
• Performing Matchmaking (Guna Milan) analysis between two individuals.

3. Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or process your requests:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob
• Firebase (Analytics, Auth & Firestore)
• Razorpay (Payment Gateway)
• Astrology Service Providers: Birth details are transmitted securely to third-party astrology APIs for the sole purpose of report generation. These providers do not store or use your data for any other purpose.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase. You have full control over your information:

• You can delete your account and all associated records (Biodatas, Kundalis, and Match reports) at any time using the Delete Account option in the Profile section of the app.
• Once deleted, your personal data is permanently removed from our active databases.

5. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
